Have you titled or trained a dog before? 11. If so, in what discipline(s)? 12. How many people reside in your household? 13. Who will be the primary care giver for the dog? 14.Where will you be keeping your Malinois when you are not home? 15. How many hours a day will you be leaving your pup at home alone each day? 16. At what age do you intend to spay or neuter the puppy? 17. Have you ever returned a dog to its breeder before, if yes under what circumstances? 18. Will you be purchasing Medical insurance for your pup? 19. Would you be interested in a Co-own pup (pick of the litter) to be used limitedly in our breeding program? 20. Do you have a preference for sex, or colour? If so what is it?
