We're off to another busy year of titling and showing off our dogs! Hope to see you on the circuit.
December 2010 November 2010 Jovan earns another 2 pts in conformation. Almost there. He is currently at 7pts. Share earns her Canine Good Neighbour. Max earns two legs toward his CD title. Shirley is bred to Target. Now accepting deposits for this upcoming litter. See planned litters page for more information. Raven gets her Championship at the Georgina Kennel Club show. With two BOB wins. October 2010 Adelaar earns her BH in New Brumswick. Off to whislter for a month with Fox and Falcon - a well earned Holiday for us all. Continue to check the website for pics from our trip. September 2010 Blade is adopted into a permanent loving home that will continue his swim therapy and rehab work. He is doing extrememly well and can get up, and walk short distances on his own. He needs more work on his balance and in rebuilding his muscles. Sky earns the last leg of her CD title with high in class for all rounds. Her top score of the weekend was 198 out of 200. Look for her at upcoming trials in CDX this fall. Fox earns the last leg of her CDX, with High in Class for 2 rounds - her competition went on to win High in Trial with 1 pt difference over Fox. There was tough competition in the Open class at this trial. Look for her in Utility this winter. August 2010 Jovan takes Best of Breed his firsttime out for 2 pts - at 6 months old. And Winners dogs the next day for 1 pt. Look for him at upcoming shows this year. Raven takes Best of Breed Saturday and Sunday, and Winners Bitch all weekend at the Markham Kennel Club show.
July 2010 Blade begins walking on his own!! Thanks to everyone who came together to help this extraordinary dog. We dedicated most of the summer to bade's care and rehab. Unfotunatley we were not able to get out with any of the other dogs until late August. June 2010

'Bolt' wins a Group 4th at the Victoria County Kennel Club. Her first group placement at 9 months old, placing over numerous BOB Specials. 'Henna' has been bred to 'Jig' - see the Available page for more information. Pups expected Aug 20, 2010. Now taking deposits. We are excited to anounce the arrival of our newest addition 'Hilltop's Temptation' - who is living up to her name, 'Allure' 'Fox' gets the staring role in the music video "Boots of Danger" by Tokyo Police Club. To see the video click here. May 2010 'Bolt' takes Best of Breed at the Aurora Show. Just 2 more points to go. We excited to announce the arrival of Mastock's the Lion's Share from the States. 'Share' is a welcome addition of new blood to our breeding program. April 2010 One Fox X Spartacus pup born. 'Mortimer' is happy, healthy and doing well. See the Available page for updated pics. Falcon, Fox, and Sky attend the Chris Back Seminar. Booth at the All About Pets Show was an excellent weekend event for the kennel. We are elated to announce the arrival of Jovan Les Butelacees an outstanding import male from Belgium. See his page for lots of information and pics. MARCH 2010 WOW - what a month!! Maximus racks up 8 pts in ONE weekend in Sudbury, with 2, 3pt majors both for Best of Breed over a Champion. Adelaar goes High in Trial in Noval Scotia for the last leg of her CD with Co-owner Angela Fleming - and two High in Class. Sky take High in Class for 2 legs of her CD in Georgetown. Adelaar has a clean sweep for Winners Bitch at the Purina National -earning another 6pts toward her Can. Championship! Raven earns a qualifying leg toward her CD at the Purina Naitonal Adelaar earns 2 qualifying legs toward her CD title at the Purina National - earning High in Class for both!!. Sky, Falcon, Adelaar and Raven earn their Canine Good Neighbour Titles at Dog Training That Works' new facility. Sky earns her Rally Novice Title at the Purina National in Toronto. She came 2nd to the top Obedience Dog in Canada with 3 tenths of a second (yes you read that correctly) difference in time!!! both had a perfect score of 100! Fox earns her Rally Advanced Title at the Purina National in Toronto. All legs were in the ribbons. Bolt earns another 2pt major toward her Can. Championship in Orangeville. Adelaar earns her first a 2pt major, and takes Best of Breed over a Special in Orangeville. FEBRUARY 2010 Bolt earns a 3 pts toward her Can. Championship at only 6 months old at her first show!!. We have high hopes for this pup. Maximus earns another 2pt major toward his Can. Championship. Fox earned her CDX with very high marks, scoring as high as 39.5 out of 40 on the heel free section. We are aiming for a high in trial - maybe next time. Henna earned her CD title, with 1 HIC and 2 second places. Fox has been bred to Spartacus - if she takes, pups will be born in early April - ready to go in early June. Please see Planned Litters page. We are compiling a wait list now. NOVEMBER 2009 "Blade" earns his CD at the Gerogina Kennel club Show in Sutton with two High in Class placements! "Indi" finishes her Can. Championship at the Georgina Kennel Club Show in Sutton. OCTOBER 2009 "Henna" finishes her Can. Championship Halloween weekend at the Trillium show in Toronto. "Fox" achieves the final leg to her CD title - with a sweep of High in Class for all 3 legs! "Raven" takes Winners Bitch at her first conformation for 2pts. Regrettably this pup is now available as a co-own to a home in Southern Ontario. Please email for details. "Maximus" takes Winners Dog and Best Puppy at his first Conformation show - two days in a row for 4 pts. This pup loves the attention. I have posted these new pictures of some of our dogs doing bite work, tracking, and high end obedience - as well as shots of them running full out while working and playing. I have added these, not to offend/upset any of those people that are looking for "pets" but to show the rest of the Malinois community that our dogs have immense drive, full mouth grips, deep noses for tracking in addition to be GOOD LOOKING!! Our dogs make excellent work dogs and excel in all disciplines including aggression sports if that is where your focus is - they are just as happy and suited to chase a frisbee, run an agility course, or flyball and perform well in Obedience trials. SEPTEMBER 2009 "Shirley" achieved her CDX title in one weekend! With 4 straight Qualifying scores in the 190's. "Fox" achieved 2 legs toward her CD title, with High in Class for each. With a score of 193, and 194. "Jig" takes Winners Dog at the Oakville and District Kennel Club Show. AUGUST 2009 "Shirley" performs with the SuperDogs at the Canadian National Exhibiton in Toronto. New litter of 10 healthy pups born August 19, 2009. This is Quill's first litter! 2 pups still available. See Available page for details and pics. "Henna" wins Best of Winners and Best of Oppostie Sex at the Working and Herding Specialty Show of Southern Ontario. "Blade" achieves his Canadian Championship at the Markham show with 6pts in one weekend, taking Winners Dog and Best of Winners all three days. Blade is the sire of Quill's litter, see Available page for pics. "Blade" passes his CGN in a raging Thunderstorm at the Milton Dog Show. A True test of temperament. "Indi" passes her CGN at the Milton Dog Show. JULY 2009 "Henna" passes her CGN test with flying colours. "Blade" earns his RN title at the Sarnia Kennel Club show. "Indi" earns her RN title, and a 2pt major in Conformation with Winners Bitch at the Sarnia Kennel Club show. And finished her CD title at the Oshawa Obedience Club Trial one week earlier. Way to go Indi ! JUNE 2009 The Malinois invade New York. We took 8 Malinois with us to a show in New York State. We had a blast while we were in the US, and left a great impression as our Dogs pointed in both Conformation and earned titles in Obedience, Including a High in Trial for "Shirley" "Shirley" earns her American CD, and takes High in Trial doing so. "Blade"had a fantastic weekend, as he completed his Americam Championship with 3, 5pt major wins. Quill, Henna, Shirley, and Fox each earned a 5 pt major win while we were in the US. Congratulations to all! "Fox"and "Henna" earn their RN titles at the Blue Water Kennel Club show and trial. Each had a perfect score of 100pts. Way to go Fox and Henna ! "Falcon", "Fox"and "Shirley" earn the first leg of her RA titles at the Blue Water Kennel Club show and trial. "Indi" earns the first leg of her CD title at the Belgian National Specialty Show. "Falcon", "Henna", "Fox" and "Shirley" earn their HIC (Herding instinct Certicate) at the Belgian National Specialty Show. "Shirley" and "Henna" showed the most drive and determination "to move those sheep!" "Falcon" ," Indi" and "Shirley" tried their hand at some Bite-work at the Belgian National Specialty Show after hours. All did extremely well - maybe a little too well... Falcon! "Falcon", "Indi", "Blade", "Henna", "Fox" attend the Belgian National Specialty Show in London; participating in various events including Conformation, Rally O, Obedience and helping out with Ring Sport Demonstration after hours. MAY 2009 "Fox"earns her CGN with Flying colours at the North York Obedience Trial. "Quill" acheives her Canadian Championship and takes Winners Bitch all three days, including Best of Breed as a class dog over a Champion on the Friday. Way to go Quill! April 2009 New litter of 12 healthy pups, born April 11, 2009. See "Falcon"'s page for some pics of her litter. This was Falcon's first litter. "Spartacus"is the sire. 4 Blue pups were born April 11, 2009. See "Blues" for some pics of the pups. March 2009 "Fox" achieves her Canadian Championship at 11months old - very prestigious to finish as a puppy. "Falcon" and "Shirley" earn the last leg of their CD titles in Georgetown. MalinGer Kennels has a Breeder Booth at the Toronto Sportsmen Show in Toronto. Henna, Indi, and Shirley, take turns doing Pat and Chats with the crowd. See Photos for lots of pictures of the event. "Falcon" gets an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy - at least 7 pups easily visible on the monitor. February 2009 "Fox" takes Best Puppy and Best of Winners at the Ontario Breeders Association. |
